Call for help - Radiologik / Track properties not working properly in version 2013.3.1

I just updated to version 2013.3.1 and it is now very difficult to manually add track property values for Ramp, Outcue & Endnote. As soon as I put the cursor in those boxes in only stays there for a brief moment and then disappears. Is anybody else having this trouble?
