Authorization to connect to twitter is a bit of a tricky thing. It used to be easier, and a person could script something up fairly easy. Now with it's new requirements, it's less trivial. I don't know of any sort of script that can do it.
But i might also caution against doing it. A twitter account being constantly updated is something I would never follow. Too much. Better if it merely tweeted the start of a specific show.
